Something wrong with your order, then please contact us as soon as possible.

If there is a fault with your order then a refund will be issued after the item has been returned for inspection within 10 days (excludes custom controllers).

The items must be returned in like-new condition any attempt to have opened the product or broken the seals will void the refund, all component serial numbers have been recorded and UV marked. We have the right to charge a restocking fee for any product that is received that is not in like-new condition, although this is unlikely. We are not responsible for the shipping on a returned items.

Our original postage costs are non refundable.
