Returns & Warranty Policy

How do I return an item

Simply complete the form below, once we receive your application for return of goods, you will receive instructions on how to proceed via email.

To give you a few pointers on how we manage our returns, here are some simple and easy to follow guidelines

Cancellation of order: We can only accept a cancellation of an order placed within the first 24 hours (this excludes custom controllers and consoles), refunded payments are made with in 3-5 working days, please note your cancellation will incur a £5 admin fee.

 

Change of heart: Due to the custom build nature of our custom controllers we do not accept goods for return because of a change of heart.

Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund the cost of the item (excludes controllers) and any postage and packing. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase. This does not include damage caused by improper use and removal. Always read and make certain all users of the product read the instructions before use.

Returned items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery ensuring that adequate insurance is in place.

Warranty: Your controller is covered by our 90 day warranty for all custom controllers. If your controller develops a fault within 90 days of your purchase date that is not the result of an accident or tampering or excessive use or damage by customer we will fix or replace your controller.

Damage and tampering includes but is not limited to; the controller be opened in anyway, screws being removed, dirt or foreign materials clogging or breaking buttons, water damage, accidental or intentional damage through dropping the controller or unreasonable force.

If any returned items are shown to have signs of damage or tampering caused by the customer, the return will be refused and there will be a charge this includes shipping and handling costs.
