Cancellation of order: For customers we can only accept a cancellation of an order placed within the first 24 hours (this excludes custom controllers, custom consoles), refunded payments are made with in 3-5 working days, please note your cancellation will incur a 25% admin fee.

Cancelled client projects: These are subject to a 20% cancellation kill fee of the total project value. This kill fee compensates for the sudden loss of income, time allocated and reserved for the project, plus the opportunity cost of having potentially turned down other work.

 

Our custom projects: Please remember we apply custom coatings and then airbrush/hand paint the majority of our projects, therefore small variations/imperfections maybe visible within the design/paintwork or the clear seal finish. Once a project has been indicated/agreed by the customer and is in production a refund cannot be provided.

Custom controller faceplates/shells: All custom controller shells are made to order upon approval of your artwork and are therefore non-refundable. We are not responsible for any issues related to the fitting or installation of the shell on your controller.

 

Change of heart: Due to the custom build nature of our custom controllers/consoles we do not accept goods for return/refund because of a change of heart. Once a project has been indicated/agreed by the customer and is in production a refund cannot be provided.

Vinyl: Once a vinyl sticker has been applied it is not covered by any warranty and as such is subject to the users discretion on usage (wear and tear).

​

Smart Wraps: These may contain some small imperfections due to the UV printing process. Please note: We are unable to print into the recesses so these areas have been pre-coloured.

Custom Smart Wraps:  Due to the nature of our custom smart wraps we do not accept goods for return because of a change of heart, these designs are exclusive to you and is void of any refund.

Extra shipping charges: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
