Cancellation of order: We can only accept a cancellation of an order placed within the first 24 hours (this excludes custom controllers, custom consoles and vinyl skins), refunded payments are made with in 3-5 working days, please note your cancellation will incur a £25 admin fee.

 

Our custom painted: Please remember we apply custom coatings and then airbrush/hand paint the majority of our projects, therefore small variations/imperfections maybe visible within the design/paintwork or the clear seal finish. Once a project has been indicated/agreed by the customer and is in production a refund cannot be provided.

 

Change of heart: Due to the custom build nature of our custom controllers/consoles we do not accept goods for return/refund because of a change of heart. Once a project has been indicated/agreed by the customer and is in production a refund cannot be provided.
 

Your vinyl sticker skin once applied are not covered by any warranty and as such is subject to the users discretion on usage (wear and tear).
